Welcome to Shiva Yog Sadhana Kendra, offering the wisdom of the Himalayas and Yogic traditions under the guidance of Guru Aama Radhika.

Guru Aama Radhika is a Spiritual teacher from Nepal. She is a mystic and a healer.
Born in Taplejung, near the foothills of the Annapurna Mountain range, her journey began
with a profound awareness of her purpose: to bridge the divides fragmenting human life, transcending barriers of religion, gender, caste, region, and class. From her early childhood her heart was full of the glow of sympathy and compassion to fellow beings.

Guru Aama’s works form a profound understanding of the universality of the message of spirit and social commitment to ourselves and others. She has been outspoken and fierce in raising awareness, educating, and challenging deeply rooted social norms that keep women and other social groups in a state of vulnerability. She has given voice, listened to, and created a safe space where so many could find understanding, shelter, or whatever they were seeking at that time.

Shiva Yog Sadhana Kendra is the brain or better said heart-child of Guru Aama. Formally established in 2000 AD with the primary objective of breaking down these boundaries and uniting people under the umbrella of love and common humanity. One of the significant aspects related to Guru Aama (teacher-mother) is her inclusion of women, mothers, and sisters in the governing committee of the Shiv Yoga Sadhana Center.

Shiva Panchachari Strotam by Guru Aama

The Shiva Panchachari Strotam, composed by Shri Adi Shankaracharya, honors Lord Shiva and the power of the five sacred syllables, Na-Ma-Shi-Va-Ya. These syllables correspond to the five elements: 'Na' represents earth, 'Ma' represents water, 'Shi' represents fire, 'Va' represents air, and 'Ya' represents space. Reciting these verses energizes the body and calms the mind
